I purchased an Audi from Carquay and in all honesty the buying experience was probably the best I’ve ever had. No pressure tactics just a hassle free, relaxed experience. Unfortunately unbeknown to the dealer and myself, the car I purchased had a few issues. Jamie, Craig, Meg and the rest of the team were fantastic in trying to get things resolved. In the end there were a few options which ended up with them offering to buy the car back. It was a tough decision but everyone was open and honest throughout. I ended up getting a full refund, but none of this tarnished the buying experience. We parted ways but would definitely buy from Car Quay again, if the right car came up. It’s refreshing to deal with a team of people, rather than a faceless corporation.
