Can't recommend them highly enough! Reserved the vehicle for me for 7 days with just a £100 refundable deposit, giving me time to get down to the garage. They gave it a full service, replacing parts that were due to be changed at no additional cost. They gave a comprehensive 3 month warranty. The vehicle (an Audi Q3) was immaculately presented, drove perfectly and was exactly as described, with everything in good order. Also, the car was priced slightly below the market value (AutoTrader "Good Price" rating). They always picked up their phone immediately when I called them, giving the impression they were always available to answer queries and give advice; they even called me between my calls to them, to update me with servicing progress and check when I was coming view, so that they could make sure the car would be ready, displaying more interest in the customer than would usually be expected. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again! Full 5 stars!
