I'm almost 500 miles from Car Quay, so my purchase/part exchange was sight-unseen in both directions. The deal, over the phone, could not have been easier, a good chat with Jamie about both vehicles, an agreement on the "to change" amount, taking into account the p/ex, delivery and collection of my part exchange, and I paid a deposit. The car, a Lexus SC430, was delivered a week later, and my p/ex taken away. So far, so good, the buying process is first class, but what of the car I bought? Well, this is a 2008 car that looks almost new, a credit to its former owners and to Car Quay for sourcing it. It is exactly as described and presented on their website, and I have no hesitation in recommending Car Quay to other potential customers, wherever in the country you may be.

Just purchased a Audi TT from these guys great communications, really easy laid back let us test drive, have a really good poke about. Put a reservation fee of £100 down to keep the car and if we didn't like it we could have a 100% refund. I don't think you can be fairer than that.
The car is beautiful drives like a dream and I am one happy customer.

Purchased a 2014 Ford Mondeo from Car Quay at the start of April 2022. Great experience from start to finish, all the staff we dealt with were very friendly. A couple of very minor issues were highlighted when we viewed the car and were sorted prior to collection. We noticed a problem on the drive home which was rectified very quickly once brought to their attention. I always judge a business on how they deal with hiccups and these guys are first class - best dealership I've dealt with by far.

Travelled 80 miles to view a Jeep Compass, Jack showed us around the vehicle and left us to have a look around it, even let us have an unaccompanied test drive. There was no pressure sales and a very layed back approach. Had the vehicle delivered to my door. Brilliant service, would highly recommend. Thank you Jack. Well worth the drive.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Car Quay. The customer service was second to none - the car came with a full service, mechanical polish, new tyres and a full 12 month MOT. There was a minor issue with the tyre pressure monitor, but Car Quay paid for 4 new tyre sensors without hesitation. Excellent dealership, would definitely recommend.

Can't recommend them highly enough! Reserved the vehicle for me for 7 days with just a £100 refundable deposit, giving me time to get down to the garage. They gave it a full service, replacing parts that were due to be changed at no additional cost. They gave a comprehensive 3 month warranty. The vehicle (an Audi Q3) was immaculately presented, drove perfectly and was exactly as described, with everything in good order. Also, the car was priced slightly below the market value (AutoTrader "Good Price" rating). They always picked up their phone immediately when I called them, giving the impression they were always available to answer queries and give advice; they even called me between my calls to them, to update me with servicing progress and check when I was coming view, so that they could make sure the car would be ready, displaying more interest in the customer than would usually be expected. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again! Full 5 stars!

I was surprised at how nice the cars that they had on the forecourt were. The showroom and office has a real nice vibe to it to, not your typical car dealership setting. Easy car buying.

After many years of trying to find the right car, we came across Car Quay, from the first contact nothing was too much trouble, as this was February 2021 we were unable to travel to view, the car was driven over 200 miles for us to view, it was perfect for us. I bought a BMW X3 from these guys and I'm VERY pleased. I travelled 100 miles to view and purchase the car and I did this because Craig made it very easy and we did most communication via email which I preferred. I paid a small deposit and booked to collect the car at the weekend. We viewed and test drove the car and I bought and then drove home. We were probably in their office for just 10 minutes and Megan made this very easy and made us feel welcome. Car Quay are brilliant at what they do! Great team, fair prices and their passion for customer service was clear in every interaction I had with them.
